To return an item(s), please call 1-800-560-1803 and our customer service representatives will help process your return for orders within 30 days of purchase date.

When you return your purchase to Laroche-posay.us.com within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment for the price of the item(s). We ask that you allow up to 30 days for the credit process once your return has been received.

Items received more than 30 days after purchase date may not be returned.

Only items purchased on Laroche-posay.us.com can be returned to Laroche-posay.us.com. Items purchased from another retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

UPS Ground is a $8.00 flat rate, regardless of $ amount of order (3-5 business days)

UPS Next Day, 2nd Day Shipping Next Day Air is a $25.00 flat rate (contiguous US), regardless of $ amount of order (1-2 business days)

2nd Day Air is a $15.00 flat rate, regardless of $ amount of order (2-3 business days)
