Step 1: In the morning and evening, cleanse skin thoroughly using the Toleriane Hydrating Cleanser.

After receiving the products I began using them as suggested and soon my skin reacted and actually burned. I thought it was just part of the process of using the products and quickly I realized it wasn't. My skin from my forehead all the way to my neck was covered in bumps. I ended up calling to have the products returned and my skin went back to normal in a few days of stopping the products.

This moisturizer is lightweight but deeply hydrating, making my skin feel smooth and refreshed. The added bonus of SPF 30 is perfect for daily protection against UV rays. It’s formulated with Ceramide-3 and Niacinamide, which have noticeably improved my skin texture and reduced redness. Plus, it's gentle enough for sensitive skin. They recently changed the formula and added extra ingredients! Now it stings my face and makes it feel tight and dry! I’m heartbroken. You’ve lost a long term customer.

I used this for a few years without issue but your new formula is burning people's skin. My face is all red and chapped. Looking into who to file a complaint with in my state.
