Physicians log in using the Username and Password given to you by your company representative who placed your opening La Roche-Posay order. If you did not receive your Username and Password, please call your company representative or click here to send an email.

>I can not remember my Username, what is it?
Your Username is your Account Number that appears on your La Roche-Posay invoices.

>I can not remember my Password, what is it?
We can email you your password at your request, please click here to email a request.

>How can I get brochures, posters and other free marketing materials sent to me?
Free marketing materials can not be ordered online, please call 1-888-577-5226 to request these items.

> How can I change/modify the billing and shipping address saved in my online account?
For security reasons, this information can not be modified online, you must call your company representative to change/modify this information or click here to send an email request.

> How can I change/modify the payment information displayed when I checkout?

> How can I track my order?
To track your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. This tracking number can also be accessed via the Order History section for La Roche-Posay members, please click here to log into your account.
If you have questions about your order, please call us at 1-888-577-5226 or email us and we will be happy to assist you.

> When will I get an order confirmation number?
You will be shown an order confirmation number on the last page of checkout after you have submitted payment. For your convenience, at the bottom of the page that displays your order confirmation number, you have the opportunity to print this page.

> How do I pay?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Simply enter the name on your credit card, your credit card number and the date of expiration on your credit card at checkout.

> How is sales tax charged?
Please note that as of October 1, 2007, all orders shipped from laroche-posay.us will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation e-mail and packing slip.

> Where can I see what I’ve ordered in the past?
Simply click here to log into your La Roche-Posay membership and click on the ‘Order History’ link to see all orders you have placed on laroche-posay.us. If you have not created a membership, your order history is not available. Please create a La Roche-Posay Membership by clicking here and log in before you make your next purchase and the details of that order will be available in the future.

> How do I return or exhange an order?
If for some reason you're not happy with your order, you can return it in its original packaging with a receipt and receive a full refund. Simply complete the Return Form attached to the bottom of your invoice with the information requested. Pack the item(s) to be returned, along with the Return Form, in the original package if possible. Peel off the Return Label and adhere it to the return package. Returned packages must be returned prepaid, to the address on the return label. Refunds will be issued within 30 days in the form of credit to the credit card holder. Exchanges will be made within 30 days.

Items purchased in any location other than www.laroche-posay.us must be returned to their original point of purchase

> What are La Roche-Posay’s shipping methods?
Laroche-posay.us ships via UPS to US addresses only. We can not accept international shipping or billing addresses. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to APO/FPO or Post Office boxes. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or a U.S. Territory must be shipped by UPS Ground, 2nd day or 3rd day.

Hazardous materials
Please note that due to Federal Air Safety regulations, we cannot ship orders containing Hazardous Materials to any of the following destinations: Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories. Thank you for understanding.

If you know your Username, simply click here to have your password emailed to you.

> How can I subscribe to email?
Simply click here to create a La Roche-Posay membership and you will have the opportunity to opt-in to email. If you already have a La Roche-Posay membership, log into your account here and click on the ‘My Account’ link. On this page, you will see a box at the bottom of the form that you will need to check in to in order to receive email.

> How can I unsubscribe from email/stop getting emails?
Log in to your La Roche-Posay membership here and click on the ‘My Account’ link. If you are opted in to receive email, a box at the bottom of the form will be checked. Simply uncheck that box and click the ‘Submit Changes’ button and you will be unsubscribed from email.

> How can I update my billing address?
If you are a consumer, log in to your La Roche-Posay membership here and click on the ‘My Account’ link. The billing address on file will populate the form on this page. Make any changes necessary and click on the ‘Submit Changes’ button and your new information will be saved.

Physicians can not change/modify billing or shipping addresses online. Please call your company representative to request this change or click here to send an email.

> Can I log into my La Roche-Posay membership to see what I’ve previously ordered?
Yes, simply click here to log into your La Roche-Posay membership and click on the ‘Order History’ link to see all orders you have placed on laroche-posay.us.
