I had given up on benzoyl peroxide! Until now.
As I got older I suddenly started breaking out monthly, which was more than my teen years. It's no fun dealing with break-outs in your 40's!
I've used lots of things on my face, tried just about every brand along with some prescription products. I thought that benzoyl peroxide was for teen acne, and wouldn't help me at all. I was so wrong.
Not all benzoyl peroxide is the same. I suppose it really depends on the type and how it's formulated in the end product. Even after a few days things are clearing up.
Typically I'd have a hormonal break out, and when the next one came a month later, the previous break out was still there. So, it would never end. And now, I think there is an end in sight.

Changed my life
I've spent thousands of dollars trying to find a solution for my persistent acne. I've tried products by Dr. Dennis Gross, Clinique, Kate Sommervile, Dr. Brandt, Clarisonic, Peter Thomas Roth, and the list goes on. RetinA and Duac irritated my skin and made my acne far worse. Within days of using your product my skin was completely clear. Even the reoccurring pimples which has persisted for weeks disappeared for good. Effective & Non-drying
So far this product seems to be doing a good job of clearing blemishes without drying my skin out. I have been using it the same time as a retinol product so it's difficult to say for sure if one causing the improvement over the other, or if it's the combo of the two. Either way I have seen a positive improvement in my skin. I have been applying morning and night.

Great Product

Best I've Tried
I have tried dozens of products-both expensive and not, but using Effaclar Duo (after cleansing with Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel) keeps my face clear! I have strayed once or twice since using these products, but I always wind up breaking-out and going back to Effaclar. I can't recommend this product highly enough!

WORKS GREAT!!
I use this product along with the Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel and together they work great. I would recommend these products to anyone who has oily and acne prone skin.

Really good product
i tried Effaclar one day through a sample at a duane reade beauty counter ive had bad experiences with Olay and Neutrogena, Stridex too harsh Aveno breakouts, and Garnier just didnt work. I have sensitive skin along with combination t-zone oiliness, blackheads, i never broke out as a teen now that i am older i started to have swollen bumps but as soon as i used this product i noticed a complete difference in my skin i havent been able to purchase a full-sized bottle of anything but i will say i used this sample for two weeks and my skin is back to normal no oiliness, blackheads are leaving, even my tone is great this product has changed my life in only two weeks on a sample!! i am grateful for this product especially at a duane reade.

The best acne medication ever!
I've tried proactiv, murad, perricone.. basically a lot! and this has honestly been the only one that was effective and did not dry my out so much. After using three days of using this once a day, my acne has significantly disappeared. I love love love this medication.
